How refresh credits work
Your first full report for each company is included in your plan. Refresh credits are only used when you refresh or add to a report, so you can keep it current as the market moves. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, and a refresh that fails gives its credits back.

What is included for free?
A free account gets a full company profile for one company (marketing, products, pricing, customers, strengths, people, financials and news) and the 3 competitors that matter most. No credit card required.
What do paid plans add?
Full profiles of the 3 competitors, feature comparison, market intelligence, SWOT, ICP & buyer personas, messaging & positioning, product-level reports and PDF downloads, plus monthly refresh credits.
How do refresh credits work?
Each company's first full report is included. After that, refreshing the full report uses 15 credits, one tab or company profile 3, and one section 1. Adding a product report uses 1. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. If a refresh fails, its credits come back automatically.
How many credits do I get?
20 per month on 1-company plans and 120 per month on 10-company plans, on monthly and annual billing alike. Credits are shared across all the companies on your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, and unused credits don't carry over.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your reports stay available to read and download. Add extra credits to keep refreshing, or wait until your credits reset on the 1st of the month.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Add extra credits from your dashboard or any report: 20 more credits a month for $9 on 1-company plans, or 120 for $69 on 10-company plans. Annual plans can add them annually for $6 or $48 a month. Extra credits reset monthly like your plan's credits and renew until you cancel.
Can I track more than 10 companies?
Yes. Choose a quantity at checkout: for example, two 10-company plans cover 20 companies and give you twice the credits.
Can I move from 1 company to 10 later?
Yes, at any time. Once the 10-company plan is active, you can cancel your 1-company plan with a prorated credit.
Where does the data come from?
Koxtra researches the public web each time a report is generated or refreshed, so a report reflects what was published when it last ran. Refresh it to pick up changes.
Do competitors know I researched them?
No. Koxtra only reads public information, and nobody is notified when a report is created.
How is annual billing charged?
Annual plans are shown as a monthly price and charged once a year: $72 for 1 company and $576 for 10 companies.
